A kind, connected workplace underpins every effective company. When people feel recognised they are happier and more productive. That's why Atlas enables everyone to quickly and easily recognize great work by their teammates with Kudos – a simple, fun, and personal way to say thank you to peers who go above and beyond.

You can give a teammate, or an entire team, Kudos from their profile. Just look for the Give kudos button under their person or team's name.

💡 The Give kudos button will appear on profiles for all users on your Atlassian site that have access to Atlas. It will also appear for these users on profiles in any Jira or Confluence Cloud Workspaces on the same Atlassian Site.

When you give a Kudos you add an accompanying message and select a custom gif and for the recipient.

🙏 Receiving a Kudos

Recipients of a Kudos are notified via email.

Kudos received will appear on individuals' and teams' profiles alongside any Kudos they have given to other teammates and teams.
