As a product for teams of teams, Atlas's value truly shines through when you have more teams communicating and connecting. This article will share the different ways to enable access and invite your fellow teammates and stakeholders into Atlas.

Granting access to users in your organisation

As an admin, there are a couple of ways you can enable Atlas access for your teams via your admin settings. You can grant specific groups access, give access to groups that already have access to Jira or Confluence, or even enable approved domains to reduce the friction of requesting access for users within your organization.

Remember: Atlas is free for up to 35,000 users, so truly, the more the merrier!

Invite users via the Teams menu

You can invite anyone into Atlas via the Invite people to Atlas menu item in the Teams dropdown.

This will open up an invite dialog, where you'll be able to send an invite via email to your teammates.

Invite teammates via the Contributors section

If you're working on a project with another teammate, you can invite them to Atlas as a contributor via the Contributors section of an Atlas project. Simply type in their email and click Send invitation.

They will get an email notifying them that you're inviting them to a shared Atlas project. Once they sign in to Atlas, they will automatically be added to your project as a contributor.

Invite stakeholders via the Share dialog

If you want to loop in your busy stakeholders on the progress of an Atlas project or goal you're working on, you can share and invite them as followers in Atlas. Click on the Share button on a project or goal.

Then type in their email and elect whether you'd like to automatically add them as a follower to the project or goal. Your stakeholder will receive a notification that you've shared the Atlas project or goal with them. They will need to sign in to Atlas once, and they will automatically start receiving the weekly digest updates.
