Lost card

If you’ve lost your card, here’s how to protect your account and request a new one.

Step 1: Pause your card

Open the Atlas app to freeze your card:

  1. Go to the Card tab in the app

  2. Tap Physical & Virtual Card

  3. Choose your card and toggle off "Allow Transactions"

This stops new charges while you check your account.

Step 2: Request a new card

Message Support in the app—we’ll help you order a replacement right away.

See something suspicious?

If you notice any transactions you didn’t make, file a dispute right away in the app.

A: Replacement is free for standard plastic cards. Metal card replacements cost $20.
