Step 1: Pause your card
Open the Atlas app to freeze your card:
Go to the Card tab in the app
Tap Physical & Virtual Card
Choose your card and toggle off "Allow Transactions"
This stops new charges while you check your account.
Step 2: Request a new card
Message Support in the app—we’ll help you order a replacement right away.
See something suspicious?
If you notice any transactions you didn’t make, file a dispute right away in the app.
