You no longer need to request an outbound fiat payment from our team. You can now create and send fiat payments yourself, in the same place and the same way as crypto payments.
What changed?
Previously, the Fiat payment button on the Payments page opened a form that raised a ticket with our team, who then made the payment on your behalf. That button has been removed. Fiat payments are now made directly in the platform through a payment run.
Making a fiat payment
Add your beneficiary. Go to the Beneficiaries section and add the person or company you want to pay, selecting the currency you want to send.
Create a payment run. Go to the Payments page and click + New. The + New button now covers both crypto and fiat payments — there is no longer a separate button for each.
Add your payments. Enter them manually or bulk upload a CSV file.
Send for review. Your reviewers approve the run according to the review workflow set up in your account.
Book the run. A user with the Booker permission books the payments, which is the point at which they are sent.
