The system will allow you to upload PDFs to a payment in the ‘make stage’. This may be useful if you want to upload invoices or payroll related documents.
Note: It is not mandatory to upload a PDF
When you are in the ‘Make’ Stage of the payment run:
Underneath the ‘Make’ Status, you will see the following buttons:
If you select the upload button (the left icon) you will be able to upload a PDF to your payment. Once you have selected the upload function, you will be able to choose a file to upload.
