Every user opening a Beacon detection or project for the first time will be asked to agree with the following terms and conditions:

By signing up for this Early Access Program (“EAP”), you acknowledge the Atlassian Privacy Policy and that use of the EAP products is governed by the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service (“TOS”). The EAP products are considered “Beta Versions”, as set forth in Section 14 of the TOS and are subject to applicable terms, conditions, and disclaimers.
Atlassian will use the information you provide on this sign-up form to contact you about the EAP program, including updates to the program, feedback requests, and offers.

All users of Beacon are subscribed to the free version of the product until a paid version is available. The no-charge evaluation period is temporary, however, we will communicate well in advance any pricing changes that are coming. Should you have any questions about beta versions of Atlassian products, please refer to the Cloud Terms of Service.

In the unlikely event that the product does get discontinued during the “Beta Versions” your data will remain available via an API.
