If you no longer need a Beacon instance you can delete it by cancelling your subscription. The way you do this depends on whether your organization has the improved billing experience. Learn how to cancel or reactivate a subscription
Improved billing experience
To cancel a Beacon subscription:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Billing.
Select Manage next to Beacon in the list of products.
Select More actions (…) > Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
Beacon will now be listed under Inactive subscriptions.
Original billing experience
To delete a Beacon subscription:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Billing.
Select Manage next to Beacon in the list of products.
Locate the Beacon card, then select More actions (…) > Delete and follow the prompts to delete the subscription.
Beacon should no longer appear on the billing page. However, it may still show up in some parts of Atlassian administration until the services that delete data associated with the product instance are complete.
