AtoB Transfer offers one hour of complimentary waiting time for all airport pickups. However, we understand that airport arrival procedures can sometimes take longer than expected.

If you understand upon your arrival to the airport that you need extra waiting time, please arrange it directly with your assigned driver. You can contact the driver via the phone number provided in your confirmation email or through the live chat option in AtoB's booking system.

If the driver is able to accommodate the additional waiting time, an extra fee will be applied. The rates for every 15 minutes of extra waiting time are as follows:

If both parties agree—meaning the driver is available to wait and the client agrees to the extra charges—the settlement will proceed as agreed, with payment given directly to the driver.

We typically request that our chauffeurs be as flexible as possible and wait beyond the one-hour limit when feasible.
