Stakeholder engagement is the process by which an organization interacts with the people who can influence the implementation of its decisions and who can help guide future decision-making processes.

Occupant engagement

Occupant engagement describes a building- or campus-wide culture in which employees or students are educated about the organization's goals and decisions, and provided with feedback about individual and collective contributions to the organization's performance.

Tell your sustainability story

Inform occupants and visitors of your green building features, emissions offsetting purchases, and cultural initiatives. Build a storyboard using narrative pictures, video, and data that can be viewed on a dedicated public touchscreen kiosk or inserted into a digital signage display reel.

Host reduction competitions

Form a competition organizing team to host energy- and water-reduction competitions that motivate and empower occupants to reduce usage and save money. Embed a dashboard or a card directly in your online portal to showcase ranked building performance and enhance the gamification experience.

Operational engagement

Operational engagement describes an interdepartmental culture in which operations professionals are continuously informed about building operations and occupant satisfaction, and empowered to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Remove data access bottlenecks
