How do I cancel my Atrix subscription?

If you wish to cancel your Atrix subscription, please check the instructions below, referring to the platform you’ve used to subscribe:

Subscribed via Atrix website

To cancel your web subscription, open the Atrix web app and follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account using the email and one-time password

  2. Tap the gear icon at the top right of the Profile screen to open Settings

  3. Scroll down to the Manage Subscription section and tap it

  4. Tap the button Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen

Subscribed via Google Play

To cancel the Google Play subscription on your Android device, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Play Store app

  2. Tap your photo or avatar at the top right to access your Google Account

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions

  4. Tap Subscriptions

  5. Tap on the Active tab and select the Atrix app

  6. Select Cancel Subscription, select a reason for cancellation, and tap Continue

  7. Tap Cancel Subscription to finalize the cancellation

Subscribed via App Store

To cancel the App Store subscription on your iPhone or iPad, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the standard iOS Settings app

  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen to access your Apple Account

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Under Active, select the Atrix app

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen

Tap Confirm to finalize the cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, auto-renewal will stop, but you’ll continue to enjoy all benefits until your current billing period ends.

To avoid being charged again, please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds for late cancellations.
