You can close and re-open live surveys. To do this, go to your dashboard and click the three dots in the top right hand corner of any live survey. A drop-down menu will appear, then click "Close Survey".

This will pause responses for this survey until you are ready to re-open it or permanently if you have received enough responses. 

You can’t edit a live survey, even if it’s paused. If you want to make changes to the survey, you need to duplicate it and purchase it again. If you close a survey purchased with credits before you start receiving answers, you can get in touch with our Client Experience team and they will be able to refund those credits to your account. 

If you want to re-open a survey that has been closed, simply click on the three dots again and click Re-Open Survey. This will allow the survey to begin receiving responses again. 

Closing a survey is a helpful tool if your project is time sensitive and you wish to close a survey before it collected all the responses or you spot a mistake that you wish to correct.
