Accessing List View and Folders
To get started, navigate to your surveys page. At the top, next to the search bar, you'll see the List View icon. Click this icon to enter List View, where you can create folders and filter your survey results.
Creating and Managing Folders
Folders allow you to organise your surveys into distinct projects.
Create Folders: Once in List View, you'll find options to create new folders.
Nested Folders: For more complex projects, you can create nested folders (e.g., "Q2 2024 Research > Starbucks > Creative Tests").
Team Collaboration: All folders you create are accessible to your colleagues using Attest. You can view their surveys by filtering by All owners.
Moving Surveys
You have a few ways to move surveys into your folders:
Drag and Drop: Simply drag and drop individual surveys into your desired folders or into any of the bead crumbs at the top of the page.
Bulk Move: Select multiple surveys and move them into a folder in bulk
Searching and Filtering Surveys
List View offers powerful filtering options to help you quickly find the surveys you need:
Country: Filter by a country the survey was sent to.
Status: Filter by the status of the survey (e.g., draft, live, closed).
Owner: Filter to see your surveys or surveys created by someone else in your organisation.
Note: Deleting a folder will not delete the surveys inside that folder. Your surveys will remain accessible outside of the deleted folder.
