When looking at grid questions on your results dashboard, you'll see the percentage of respondents who voted for each of the answers, under each subject field. If using single choice answers, each vertical column will add up to 100%, as each respondent must choose just one answer under that subject field. If you're running a multiple choice grid question, the columns won't total 100% of respondents because each respondent can choose a different number of answers to select.
You can merge your answers to make the results easier to read, by selecting the answers you want to combine and clicking on "Merge answers".
Visualising grid questions as charts
You can change from default view to a chart by clicking on "Edit view". You can choose from various charts such as column, bar, stacked etc, as well as change your colours. You can also remove certain answers or subjects from the chart if you wanted to focus on just a select few.
Analysing grid questions in more detail
On the Analysis page, you can split your results based on various segments, demographics, etc. and see if there is a significant difference in how these groups of respondents have answered your questions.
To limit the amount of information shown on one chart, you'll be able to choose if you want to view all subjects on the chart (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) for each individual answer (e.g. Daily, Less than once a day) or the other way around.
