Our survey interface is written to maximise engagement from respondents, most of whom take surveys on their mobile phones. As such, all character limit caps are in place based on the average screen sizes and designed to prevent respondents having to scroll and therefore introducing bias.

  • Questions are capped at 200 characters

  • Drafted answer options are capped at 100 characters

  • External titles are capped at 100 characters

  • Internal titles are capped at 100 characters

  • Text cards are capped at 800 characters

You will not be able to purchase the survey if you're exceeding any character limits. The cards where you've gone over the character limit will be highlighted in red for you to find and easily correct.
