We have recently built an integration with Zapier to make it easier for you to collaborate and share results. With Zapier and Attest you can create 'Zaps', the Zapier term for workflows that connect your apps together. The Zaps will notify you when:
A team member comments on your survey and/or the team surveys
You or your team purchases a survey and it goes live.
How to Set Up Comment Notifications
To set up a Zap when a comment is made on a survey, follow these instructions:
Use the following link
Click Accept invite
Select create a Zap
When this happens...
In the search bar, search for and select 'Attest'.
Select new comment in the Trigger Event section
Select continue
Do this...
Log in with your Attest account details
Select 'Continue'
Select 'Your Surveys' or 'Team Surveys' in the Customise Comment section
Select 'Continue'
Test your trigger
Select the app you want to use to notify you - like Slack or Email (we use Slack!)
Customise or make changes to the message
Select 'Continue' and then set the Zap live
How to Set Up Survey Purchase Notifications
To set up a zap/comment for when a survey has been purchased follow these instructions:
Use the following link .
Click Accept invite.
Select create a Zap.
When this happens...
In the search bar, search for and select Attest
Select 'New Comment' in the Trigger Event section
Select 'Continue'
Log in with your Attest account details
Select 'Continue'
You can choose whether you want notifications from 'Your Surveys' or 'Team Surveys' in the Customise Comment section
Select 'Continue'
Test your trigger
Select 'Continue'
Do this...
Select the app you want to use to notify you like Slack or Email.
Make the necessary changes to the message etc.
Select test and continue
Turning on your Zap
In the upper right, click to toggle the switch ON.
