A step by step process on how to log in to Attest

Standard log-in

Account log-in

When you first sign up to Attest, you will be asked to set a password for your account. Attest applies a secure password policy and you will be guided through what your password should contain in order to be secure.

I forgot my password and I’ve been locked out of my account

As part of our secure password policy, if you enter an incorrect password you will be required to wait periods of time in between login attempts. This period of time will extend with more failed login attempts, so you should be careful about trying too many attempts, or you will likely be locked out of your account for longer. You will either need to wait the period of time to login or reset your password.

Additional verification options

2-step verification at Attest

We’ve updated customer account settings to allow all of our customers to enable 2-step verification. Before you can use 2-step verification on your Attest account, you’ll need to install an authenticator app on your mobile device.

Warning: It’s important you keep your authentication device safe. If you lose your device, for example, we may not be able to reset your settings for security reasons and you may lose access to your Attest account.

Set up two-step authentication

  • Sign in to your account

  • Go to your Profile

  • Under Account, toggle on 2-step verification

  • You will be prompted to scan a QR code using your authenticator app

  • You will be prompted to enter the code on your authenticator app

Disable two-step authentication

  • Sign in to your account

  • Go to your Profile

  • Under Account, toggle to disable 2-step verification

  • You will be prompted to enter the code on your authenticator app

Unable to access authentication method (lost phone, etc.)

If you are unable to access your authentication device to login via 2FA, you should contact us on support@askattest.com. You will need to contact the support team using the same email address you used to register with Attest.

You will be required to go through security steps to enable us to verify your identity. Security checks may take up to 5 business days. You should be aware that we take the security of Attest accounts very seriously and if we cannot validate your identity, you may not be able to access your account in the future.
