Understanding how to manage and take actions on your open and closed surveys

Updated over a year ago

Managing your surveys while they are open and closed is an important step, this guide takes you through how to access the manage area and the actions you can take while there.

  1. Accessing the Manage page
You can access the manage page of an open or closed survey by clicking "Manage" in the left hand-side menu.

Attest's left hand menu panel from within an open or closed survey. Highlighting the "Manage" tab identified by a settings/cog icon.
  2. Top line survey information

At the top of this page, you'll see some top line information about your survey including: title, internal tile, how many times the survey has been sent, the total number of respondents & how many countries the survey has been sent to.

  3. See your respondents & survey status
You will see the status of all of the different dates and countries you have sent your survey to. When your survey is still open and collecting responses, you'll be able to track how many respondents have already filled in your survey and what the % of completion is.

  4. Plan your next wave
If you want to send out your survey again you can simply click on "edit draft". This will bring you straight to the survey editor and will allow you to make some changes to your survey if needed.

  5. More detailed actions
If you want to view your targeting information, increase your sample, duplicate your survey, manage demographic or answer quotas you can click on the targeted audience section and a panel will appear with all of this information, click on the ellipses (three dots) in the top right to access these actions.
