Understanding how to manage and take actions on your open and closed surveys

Managing your surveys while they are open and closed is an important step, this guide takes you through how to access the manage area and the actions you can take while there.

What is the manage page?

The manage page is where you can view the status of your survey and take actions such as reviewing progress, increasing your sample, or preparing your next wave.

You can access it at any time for both live and closed surveys.

To access it:

  • Open your survey

  • Click Manage at the top right of the page

  • Click More manage options

What you can see at a glance

At the top of the page, you’ll find key information to help you quickly understand how your survey is performing:

  • Survey title and internal title

  • Number of times the survey has been sent

  • Total respondents

  • Countries included in your survey

Track survey progress

For live surveys, the manage page shows how your data collection is progressing in real time.

You’ll be able to see:

  • How many responses have been collected

  • The percentage of completion

  • Status across different countries or waves

Plan your next wave

If you want to run your survey again, you can quickly create a new version from your existing one.

To do this:

  • Click Set up next wave

  • Make any changes in the survey editor

  • Relaunch when ready

This makes it easy to iterate on previous research without starting from scratch.

The manage page also gives you access to more advanced controls through the audience panel.
