Attest has a rigorous quality check programme in place which makes sure your responses are of the highest quality.

As an extra measure of quality, we carry out a manual check on all surveys with open text questions. This is to ensure that all responses are relevant to the question(s) you asked.

In order to do this, we wait until the survey is at least 80% complete, then remove low-quality responses while the survey is still live. We then check it again once the survey has been completed.

If we remove responses as part of the manual quality check, the survey will continue to collect responses to replace them. If your survey was complete and a response had been removed, the survey will re-open to find a new response to replace the one that was removed.

We usually aim to do this extra quality check within 1 working day of the survey closing. It does not cost anything and you will not be charged extra for the removal of any responses.
