Add comments to questions by clicking the comment icon when a question has been selected:

Create comment threads by typing a reply. Edit, delete, resolve and share comments by clicking the ellipsis (three dots) in the comment section:

Mention team members and Attest by typing @name, view inbox and notifications on Attest:
