To import your Scrivener document to Atticus, you'll first need to export the .docx from Scrivener. After compiling your Scrivener manuscript, you'll have a single .docx file to upload to Atticus.
For the most efficient process here are some of the compile settings we recommend using when exporting your .docx:
Click on File > Compile or press CTRL+Shift+E
Select 'Word Document (.docx)' in the compile settings
Change Separators 'Custom' and enter *** (three asterisks with no spacing)
Format Chapter Titles as 20pt in the Legacy Version or Chapter Headings in Version 3
Delete any Header/Footer text
Select the contents you want to include
Click Compile

For best results, make sure to select only the main contents of your story.
You may want to check through your document in a program like Google Docs, just to make sure everything looks perfect before uploading. Then, go to your Atticus Home Screen and click Upload > Select your document > Click 'Go Get Em Atticus!' If you've changed your separators to asterisks and modified chapter titles as indicated, you'll also see those automatically converted!
