Atticus is licensed to the individual user, not the device, so you can use Atticus anywhere that has a browser or a machine that is capable of downloading software. See more here: https://www.atticus.io/accessing-atticus/
Since the Atticus App is managed through your browser, you may find that the App is still tied to your account on Google Chrome, even though you've moved to a new device. In this case, you'll just need to type chrome://apps in your url bar. This will bring up all of your installed apps, and if Atticus is present here, you'll just need to right click Atticus and create a new shortcut.
