Since the inclusion of book information in running headers/footers is an industry standard, most of our layouts include some type of information in the header. However, there are two options that include the page number in the footer and no information in the header.
The layout of your running headers/footers is controlled in your Theme options under Header/Footer.
You can make changes to your theme on the Formatting Tab by clicking the three dots next to the theme name and selecting Edit or Edit as New Theme.
