It sounds like you may have a pop-up blocker on your browser (this will interfere with ePub downloads but not PDF downloads). Can you check the pop-up settings for your browser and make sure that pop-ups are allowed from app.atticus.io?
When I try to export an ePub, it spins for a minute but nothing happens.
