Because many of these options like size and wrap settings will depend on the size and format of the final file, you will not see these changes in the content editor.
To preview your Interior image settings you will want to open the preview by clicking the preview option at the bottom of the Right Sidebar. Here, you will see the size and wrap settings as they will be applied for each format.
