ISBNs added to the Book Details page are only used for metadata purposes. The eBook ISBN will be encoded into the data for the eBook, but they're not automatically added anywhere else in your documents.
The copyright templates all contain general wording commonly found on copyright pages, but you'll want to fill in any necessary information to bracketed portions, and add any additional information you'd like to include, like ISBNs.
