How to Dispute a Lead
If a lead falls under the described criteria for a refund, you can report it in your account to get a refund added to your wallet.
You can review and report a lead in your account.
Navigate to 'Leads', and then click 'Purchased Leads', or alternatively click here.
Click on the view icon under action to show lead details
To report, click 'Report Lead' on the bottom right
Choose a reason from the drop down and add a short description to help us better understand the reasons behind the reported lead.
