To request a receipt for a charge on Accident.com, follow these steps:
Please enter your Accident.com Account, click on the Wallet, and scroll down to where you will find all of your recent transactions.
On the right-hand side of each transaction, you will find two buttons. Click on the button labeled "Request a Receipt" beneath the transaction you need a receipt for.
After clicking the "Request a Receipt" button, the system will send a notification to our team, and we will process your request. You will receive the requested receipt via email within 1 business day.
