How To Setup Lead Notifications

Set or change how to receive real-time notifications when leads are assigned.

In order to ensure you receive leads promptly and effectively, it's crucial to have your notifications properly configured to receive lead information in real time.

We've found that following up with leads swiftly has a significant impact on conversion rates. To facilitate this process, you and your firm associates will receive real-time notifications when new leads are sent to your firm. Please set or update your notification preferences by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account at Attorneys.accident.com.

  • Navigate to the 'Account' section under 'Settings'. Alternatively, you can click here to access your account settings directly.

  • Click 'Notifications'.

  • Turn on or off email notifications and SMS notifications under "Notifications to Law Firm' for each member of your firm.

We also help the leads get in touch with your firm by sending them notifications with the contact information about your firm as well.

  • Under 'Notifications to Leads', choose whether to send your firm's email address and phone number via email, SMS, or both.

  • To update the email address or phone number to receive notifications, please refer here.
