We have specific criteria that we follow to determine if a potential client qualifies as a lead for our services. The main factors we consider are:

  1. Statute of Limitations: The accident must have occurred within the statute of limitations for the state where it happened. This time period varies by state but is generally 0-2 years from the date of the accident.

  2. Lack of Legal Representation: The potential client should not already be represented by an attorney for the accident case.

  3. Liability: The potential client indicated not being at fault for causing the accident.

  4. Medical Treatment:

    1. For accidents over 1 year ago, the potential client must have sought medical treatment related to injuries from the accident.

    2. For recent accidents within the last year, medical treatment is not required at the time of qualifying the lead.

  5. Type of Injury: The nature and severity of the injuries sustained in the accident are evaluated. Certain types of injuries are stronger leads than others.

While these are our typical criteria, it's important to note that the specific requirements can vary depending on the state laws where the accident occurred. Some states have different regulations around statutes of limitations, liability rules, and other factors. Our team ensures we understand and adhere to the relevant state laws when qualifying leads.

By ensuring leads meet the appropriate criteria upfront, we can focus our efforts on leads that are viable and have the highest chances of converting for our clients.
