Controlling Lead Delivery Times: Ensuring Law Firms Receive Leads During Their Preferred Business Hours

At Accident.com, we understand that some law firms prefer to receive leads only during their business hours. To accommodate this preference, we offer a timing capability that allows you to specify the hours during which our agents will attempt to transfer calls to your firm.

How it Works

When you enable the timing capability, you can set a time window during which our agents will actively try to connect leads with your firm. For example, if you set the window from 8 am ET to 5 pm ET, our agents will only attempt to transfer calls during those hours.

It's important to note that while our agents will make their best efforts to transfer calls within the specified time window, there is a possibility that you may receive leads outside of these hours. In such cases, our agents will inform the lead that you are currently unavailable but have received their information and will call them back as soon as you are in the office during your next business hours.

Regardless of when the lead comes in, we send you all the client information in real-time. This allows you to follow up with the lead during your next business hours or day.

Best Practices

To maximize your chances of successfully connecting with leads, we recommend calling them as soon as you arrive at the office during your specified business hours. Even though you may receive some leads outside of the set time window, most of our call volume occurs within the designated hours.

By utilizing our timing capability and following best practices, you can ensure that you receive leads at the most convenient times for your firm, while still maintaining the opportunity to connect with potential clients who reach out outside of your specified hours.
