➡️➡️We’d like to share an important update about how speech services will be billed in Live Hub, starting 26 October 2025.➡️➡️
🌟 What’s Changing
Today: STT (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech) are billed together at one combined per-minute rate.
From 26 October: STT and TTS will each be billed separately, with their own per-minute rate.
👉 It's important to note - This isn’t about higher costs - it’s about giving you more choice and control. For most customers, monthly invoices will stay the same.
💡 Reminder: charges are based on the total duration of the call.
🤔 Why This Matters
Voice AI is evolving fast, and so are the speech services behind it. By moving to separate STT and TTS pricing, we can bring you:
✨ More providers → choose from Microsoft, Google, AWS, Deepgram, ElevenLabs (coming soon), and more.
✨ Better flexibility → mix & match providers for different use cases.
✨ Smarter economics → optimize for accuracy, voice quality, or cost — whichever matters most to you.

ElevenLabs TTS → available one month later
✅ What You Need to Do
Absolutely nothing! Your current setup will keep running without changes. From 26 October, your invoice will simply display separate STT and TTS usage lines.
