AppFoundry - How to Get Started

This article explains what happens after you press Free Trial in AppFoundry, how to contact us to activate your trial, and what usage limits apply during the first month.

What the AppFoundry Free Trial Includes

When you start a Live Hub Free Trial via AppFoundry:

  • βœ… No charge for the first month

  • βœ… Usage is capped at $50 during the trial period

  • βœ… This cap is in place to prevent abuse while still allowing meaningful testing

If the $50 usage limit is reached before the end of the month, specific rules apply. These rules will be documented clearly in our pricing and trial usage policy, which will be published separately to avoid any confusion.


How to Activate Your AppFoundry Free Trial

After clicking Free Trial in AppFoundry, one additional step is required to activate your Live Hub environment.

Step 1: Sign Up for Live Hub

Create your Live Hub account using the official signup link provided in AppFoundry.

Once registration is complete, log in to your Live Hub account.


Step 2: Open the In-App Chat

Inside Live Hub:

  • Locate the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen

  • Click it to open a conversation with our support team


Step 3: Request Trial Activation

In the chat window, send us a short message requesting activation of your AppFoundry Free Trial.

Important:
Please include your Genesys Organization ID (Org ID) in the message. We cannot activate the trial without it.


Step 4: Receive Confirmation and Next Steps

Once we receive your request, our team will:

  • Activate your AppFoundry Free Trial

  • Confirm the trial status

  • Share guidance to help you get started quickly and smoothly
