Kindly note that a Live Hub IAM upgrade has been scheduled for May 31 2026. During the maintenance window, functionality related to log in page might be limited. All other functionalities are expected to fully operate.

Upgrade Highlights:

  • We are upgrading the IAM component to version 3.10, which includes important bug fixes and enhanced security features.

What You Need to Do:

  • Please verify that onboarding services are accessible and that changes (e.g., number additions or releases) can be successfully processed

Our team will monitor the entire process and ensure the Platform Portal works as expected following the upgrade.
