Kindly note there is an urgent action required around your account set up to be taken by August 2, 2026.
If you are using Microsoft Azure Communication Services (ACS) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 SIP connectivity with AudioCodes Live Hub, you must update your SIP connection configuration to use port 5091 instead of port 5061.
No changes are required in Live Hub platform. The update should be completed on the Microsoft side only, as shown in the screenshot below.
What Is Changing?
AudioCodes is enabling TLS Mutual Authentication (mTLS) for enhanced security of Live Hub SIP connections.
TLS Mutual Authentication is supported only on port 5091. As a result, customers using Microsoft ACS or Microsoft Dynamics 365 SIP integrations must migrate their connections from 5061 to 5091.
Required Action
Please update your SIP configuration as follows:
Current SIP Port: 5061
New SIP Port: 5091
Ensure that any relevant network policies, SBC configurations, firewalls, and SIP connection settings are updated accordingly.
Who Is Affected?
This change applies only to customers using:
Microsoft Azure Communication Services (ACS) SIP connections to Live Hub
Microsoft Dynamics 365 SIP connections to Live Hub
Customers using other Live Hub connectivity methods are not affected by this change.
Why Is This Change Required?
By moving these connections to port 5091, Live Hub can enforce TLS Mutual Authentication (mTLS), providing stronger authentication and improved security between Microsoft services and the Live Hub platform.
When Should You Act?
Please complete this change as soon as possible to ensure continued service and to benefit from the enhanced security capabilities available through mTLS.
