For full instructions, please refer to our Tech Docs. Here is a quick recap of the guide for your convenience:

Step 1: Log in to LiveHub

  1. Open your web browser and go to the LiveHub login page.

  2. Enter your administrator credentials (username and password) and log in.

Step 2: Access the Billing Section

  1. Click on Billing in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. This will take you to your account credit management settings.

Step 3: Enable Auto Recharge

  1. Locate the Auto Recharge toggle on the Billing page.

  2. Switch the toggle to enable auto recharge.

Step 4: Configure Recharge Details

  1. Enter the recharge amount, which is the amount to be added when triggered.

  2. Set the recharge threshold, which is the minimum credit balance that will trigger the auto recharge.

Example and Recommendation:

  • Suppose you set the recharge threshold to $50. When your account credit reaches $50, auto recharge will be triggered before your balance falls below this level.

  • This buffer ensures you have enough time to resolve any issues (e.g., updating a payment method) if the recharge fails, keeping calls running uninterrupted.

  • To meet your usage needs, set a higher threshold based on your traffic. For instance, if your usage is higher, a threshold of $100 might be more appropriate to provide an even larger safety buffer.

Step 5: Save Changes

  1. Click Save to apply your auto recharge settings.

Step 6: Verify Auto Recharge

  1. Return to the Billing page to confirm that auto recharge is enabled.

  2. Ensure the threshold and recharge amount are correctly displayed.

Why Use a Higher Threshold?

Setting a higher threshold ensures that the auto recharge process starts before your balance is critically low. This extra buffer gives you enough time to fix any issues, such as a failed card payment, while keeping your calls running smoothly. For example, if the threshold is set to $50, auto recharge will trigger at $50, allowing uninterrupted service even if a recharge issue occurs.
