Kindly note: If the phone number you require is not available on the list within Live Hub platform, you will need to contact a live person and submit the request as it might require documentation.
Step 1: Access Phone Number Management
Log in to LiveHub using your administrator credentials.
In the Navigation pane, select Numbers to open the Numbers page.
Gray-shaded numbers are associated with a routing rule.
Pink-shaded numbers are unassigned and not in use.
Step 2: Add a New Phone Number
Click Add new phone number to open the phone number purchasing interface.
Step 3: Select a Country
From the Select Country drop-down list, choose the country where the phone number will be used.
If your country is not listed, click Can't find your country? and use the AudioCodes chatbot for assistance.
Note: Brazil, Chile, and Mexico numbers do not support outbound calling. If outbound calling is required, contact AudioCodes Support.

Step 4: Configure Country-Specific Settings (Optional)
For United States numbers, additional fields for State and City will appear.
Select the appropriate state and enter the desired city.
Choose the Region for LiveHub voice infrastructure deployment from the Region drop-down list.
Step 5: Complete the Purchase
Click Add number to purchase the phone number.
A confirmation message will appear indicating the number was successfully created.
If documentation is required for the purchase, you can fill out this form and follow up with the LiveHub team to purchase a number.
Step 6: Finalize and Manage Numbers
Click Finish to complete the process.
If you couldnโt find the number you need, you can fil out this form, follow the steps provided on it and order a number that does not appear on the list.
