If your payment card or the affiliated bank account doesn't have enough coverage, you'll get informed by e-mail. During the next couple of days our system will automatically try to collect the owed fee after the due date. If your payment is still open two weeks after the due date, we'll send you a reminder mail. For this reminder we charge 50 SEK / 5€. After this you'll have plenty of time to pay your Augment.Eco fee.

We'll act in the following way if the payment is still open after the first reminder mail:

  • Approximately 1 month after the original due date of the fee, we'll send a payment request. For this request we'll charge 200 SEK / 20 €.

  • Approximately 2 months after the original due date of the fee, we'll request you to send the e-scooter back immediately and that you'll pay the remaining payments of your contract in one payment. Your contract will end after you've sent the escooter back and paid the remaining payments. If you for some reason can not send the e-scooter back in one week of the request, we have the right to request a late payment of 850 SEK / 85€ per week.

  • Approximately 2,5 months after the original due date of the fee: If the above mentioned payments are still unpaid to Augment, we'll send the complete remaining payment to a debt collection agency.
