How do I avoid punctures?

Basic instructions on how to avoid punctures.

You can avoid most punctures through little effort.

  • Make sure that the tires are always filled with the right amount of pressure: 2.5-2.8 bar

  • Avoid locking your brakes

  • Clean the tires regularly from small rocks and dirt.


If you get a puncture even though taking good care of it, you may contact our customer service. We'll provide you (for free) with a replacement scooter or new spare parts, depending on what you prefer.

The fastest way to get your personal scooter going is to swap the wheel yourself, but that is not obligatory. We'll always have the option of a replacement scooter.
