Return the old scooter within a week of receiving the replacement scooter. It doesn't cost you anything to return it. You'll receive instructions on how to return the scooter with the replacement.
The scooter you return will be repaired, maintained and washed. After this, it will become a replacement scooter for someone else. Please take good care of your scooter. If there are more damages to the scooter than would appear from normal usage, Augment can charge you for the costs of repair.
If you for some reason can not return the scooter within a week (without reason) you may be charged for every late week.
