Modern lithium batteries work the best when they are kept at a charge between 40-80%. So, it is better to charge the batteries more often but not always to 100 %.

Batteries should be kept and charged at room temperature to ensure a healthy battery. Do not charge the battery in direct sunlight. Also, do not charge any batteries without supervision.
