If you decide to replace the tyre yourself, we will send you a new inner and/or outer tyre. For full instructions on how to change your tyres, please visit our website :

Another common problem is controller failure due to moisture or overloading. Replacing the controller is too difficult to do at home, so contact our customer service, and we will send you a replacement electric e-scooter free of charge.

You can find other issues and solutions on our website under the “Help Centre” tab.

We wish you comfortable and safe journeys!

10) Range :

Many factors like rider’s weight, inclines, temperature, and wind affect the range as well as number of accelerations. In the mild summer conditions (temp approx. 20 Celsius, mild or no wind) on the relative flat city environment, the 80 kg rider normally reaches 15–25 km range. The range for the heavier 100 kg rider drops to 10–20 km.

Lighter rider (60 kg) will reach 18–27 km range. The best way to increase the range is to buy an extra charger for your workplace. You can also rent an extra battery. You can choose between a standard 360Wh and an LR 460Wh battery.
