How to Get Started

If you have an ADHD diagnosis and need ongoing support, here’s what to do:

  1. Book an Initial Consultation

    • Choose ‘Existing Diagnosis, New Patient’

    • Discuss your current treatment and any concerns

  2. Diagnosis & Treatment Review

    • A clinician will review your existing diagnosis and treatment plan

  3. Personalised Plan

    • Adjustments to medication, therapy, or coaching based on your needs

  4. First Appointment

    • Go through your treatment plan and next steps

What We Offer

  • Second opinions on diagnosis and treatment

  • Medication adjustments if needed

  • Therapy options (CBT, behavioural therapy)

  • ADHD coaching for daily support
