Once you have created your account and verified your email you are able to book with any specialist of your choice. Head to your specialist's profile and book a time that works for you using the 'Book' button.
Booking through the platform involves a very straightforward two-step process, as we first have to make sure that the practitioner accepts your appointment request. Here is a quick video for extra guidance on how to easily request an appointment:
Once the practitioner has accepted your appointment request, Augmentive will notify you so that you can come back and finalise the onboarding process (entering your GP details if necessary, accepting T&Cs for your chosen service and payment).
Once onboarding is complete, your booking is confirmed and your session should be available to access in due time.
