How do I reschedule an appointment?

Each specialist has their own cancellation and rescheduling policy, which you can view during the booking process. Please read all the information so you’re aware of their terms before making payment.

With some practitioners, if you are within their rescheduling window, you can reschedule your appointment using the 'Reschedule' button available in your appointments section. Here is a quick video for a demo on how to do this:

Once the practitioner confirms the change of time, you'll receive a notification and your booking should be confirmed.
