We're sorry to hear you're having issues when trying to make a payment while we are working to make the platform as seamless and intuitive as possible.

If you are having problems trying to pay for an appointment using a credit card for the first time, once you have added your card details, please then click on 'Add new card'.

This should confirm the information and then you should be able to click 'Pay' on any of your bookings.

Please check out the following screenshot to see were to find your Payment Details and add a new card, in your account:
