This article outlines how to add a charge to a resident chart that will be processed in the next statement issued. You can add an amount set by the community or a one-time charge amount.
Step 1:
Navigate to Billing and click on the resident's profile, click on the "Add Charge" button on the top right.
Step 2:
Fill out all required information in the window. The Fee dropdown will include multiple options to choose from and most options will pre-populate the amount field. One time charges and recurring charges will be labeled for you in the Fee dropdown.
Step 3:
Once all the information has been added, press "Save" to finish. If you include an additional description it will display on the statement.
