How to add ACH Details for a resident's payer

How admins add/edit ACH details in Billing

This article outlines how to set up and edit the banking information in the individual resident's chart from the billing tab for any resident paying with an ACH transfer.

Step 1:

Navigate to Billing and click on the resident's profile, click on the payer's name in the top section on the left.

Step 2:
Click on the dropdown under "Payment method".

Step 3:
Click on "ACH" in the dropdown.

Step 4:

After entering the required information, click "Store Details" at the bottom of the window to save the information.

Step 5:

Click "Save" to store the ACH details.
