If you have missing care routines that need to be marked as an exception or as complete, this article shows how you can complete these actions in bulk for your community.
Step 1:
Navigate to the "Care Progress" tab on the left side of your screen.
Step 2:
If the "Bulk Action" is greyed out, you will need to press one of the three options to the right of the "Bulk Action" menu
Step 3:
After clicking on one of the choices, for example, "Overdue," a "Select all" checkbox will appear on the left of the bulk actions box. After clicking individual tasks or the "Select All," the "Bulk Action" dropdown will appear to either "Mark and Exceptions" or "Mark as Complete."
Option 1 - Marking an Exception
Step 1: When clicking to bulk "Mark an Exception," you will choose one of the three reasons for the exception. This choice will be added to all the routines selected in the bulk action.
Step 2:
After pressing the "Mark Overdue Routines As Exceptions" button, the overdue routines will disappear from the list, and the graph will automatically update to reflect the exceptions.
Option 2 - Marking as Complete
Step 1: If you choose to "Mark as Complete," you will be asked to confirm who completed the tasks and the date and time that the task was completed.
Step 2:
After pressing "Mark Overdue Routines As Complete," the routines will appear green and complete in the graph.
