Electronic Refills
Always follow pharmacy and community best practices when requesting refills or reordering medications. Please note that community-managed orders cannot be processed for electronic refill. Approval of the order is required before it becomes eligible for refill. Any active pharmacy order can be electronically refilled, regardless of its classification (including narcotics), profiled status, or the number of remaining refills.
Process
Navigate to the 'Medications' tab.
Identify the medication that requires refilling.
Select the button with three vertical dots (⋮) on the right side of the medication.
Review the details and select order refill.
Select done
