Refill Status
You can check the refill status by selecting the button with three vertical dots (⋮) on the right side of the medication and selecting 'Manage Refills.'
Accepted: Refill was received by the pharmacy
Unable to fill electronically: Medication cannot be filled electronically and requires direct communication with the pharmacy.
In process: The pharmacy is currently refilling this medication. Please contact the pharmacy to confirm that the medication will be delivered before you need it.
Refill Too Soon: The pharmacy indicated that it was too soon to fill this medication. If you have any questions, contact the pharmacy.
Dispensed: Once the medication is packaged for delivery at the pharmacy, the status updates to "Refill dispensed."
Refill History
The latest request is prominently displayed in the model, and you can easily access all previous requests by toggling the “Show All” option. Subsequently, you can find the refill history under “Order History” on the medication screen.
